Dopamine is known to be a chemical that is released in the brain that makes humans feel suitable. So having the right amount of Dopamine is essential for the body and the brain.
On the other hand, adrenaline is a hormone in the human adrenal glands that helps to prepare for stressful or dangerous situations. So, listening to music gives the body the chills and helps to trigger a release of Dopamine to the brain, which helps athletes perform better.
