Alex Warren Unveils First Chapter of Debut Project ‘You’ll Be Alright, Kid,’ Out September 27

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Alex Warren is proud to announce the first installment of his hugely anticipated full-length debut album, You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1), arriving via Atlantic Records on Friday, September 27. Pre-orders/pre-saves are available now HERE. See the full tracklist below.

“For the longest time, people would ask me, If given the opportunity, what would say to your younger self?,” says Alex Warren, “and I never knew what to say. I never took the time to sit down and process all the things that have happened to me and I write about. This album is pouring myself out to all of you. I am who I am because of the things I’ve gone through and write about, and if someone were to ask me who I am, I would show them this album. I feel like I’m growing up with my audience, and it is truly something I would tell my younger self, You’ll be alright, kid.

You’ll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1) will include brand new single “Burning Down,” which is jumping in TikTok creates each day, currently boasting 38k videos on platform within a week of Alex first teasing the track. The project is also heralded by the arrival of new single, “Troubled Waters,” available now HERE. Produced by frequent collaborator Adam Yaron, the healing track arrived alongside an official music video, which sees Warren lost in a storm, only to be saved in the end by his recent bride, Kouvr Annon – watch HERE.

Recently, Warren collaborated with chart-topping British artist Ella Henderson for “Carry You Home (Feat. Ella Henderson),” a very special new version of his hit single, “Carry You Home.” The original version of “Carry You Home“ has proven Warren’s biggest global success to date, currently boasting over 123M worldwide streams while impacting at US Top 40 and Hot AC radio outlets nationwide and standing tall on Spotify charts in 18 markets across Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The emotionally charged anthem – which holds strong at over 1M daily global Spotify streams – was first unveiled this spring in honor of Warren’s June wedding to Annon, celebrated with an exclusive feature in PEOPLE. A touching official music video centered around Warren performing at a young couple’s wedding and accompanied by beautiful first dance choreography has earned more than 7.3M views via YouTube HERE. Ultimately, both iterations of the track – the original version and Ella Henderson collaboration – have received high praises. In the UK, the original version was added to BBC Radio 1, while the collaboration with Henderson was added to BBC Radio 2.

Currently boasting over 526M total career streams, Warren – who last year wrapped his debut tour supporting Daniel Seavey before embarking on his first-ever string of headline performances including a night at the legendary Troubadour in Los Angeles – will continue what has proven a milestone year next week with the launch of his hugely anticipated first-ever world headline tour. The You’ll Be Alright, Kid Global Tour kicks off tonight with a sold-out show at Helsinki, Finland’s Tavastia Club and then travels the EU and United Kingdom through September. North American headline dates get underway October 4 at San Francisco, CA’s sold-out Popscene @ Rickshaw Stop and continue through a sold-out November 4 tour finale at West Hollywood, CA’s world famous Troubadour. All shows on the You’ll Be Alright, Kid Global Tour are now sold out, though waitlists are still available in some markets. Due to popular demand, a number of dates have been moved to larger venues. This year has also seen the immediate success of Warren’s heart wrenching “Save You A Seat,” an emotionally stirring tribute to Warren’s late parents that made a top 20 debut on Billboard’s “Bubbling Under Hot 100” chart while earning him his highest first week streaming debut to date with 1.2M worldwide streams within the first 24 hours. The song is matched by an equally raw and gripping performance video, now boasting over 2.8M views via YouTube HERE.

Warren – who has over 12M monthly listeners on Spotify – kicked off his breakthrough year both personally and creatively with the international smash hit single, “Before You Leave Me.“ Inspired by his previously long distance relationship with Annon, the song debuted on Spotify’s Viral 50, ultimately earning 83M global streams and counting. “Before You Leave Me” is accompanied by a spectacularly choreographed official music video, equal parts Bridgerton and The Greatest Showman, which has garnered over 6.2M views thus far HERE.

Named to both PEOPLE’s list of “Talented Emerging Artists Making Their Mark” and Sirius XM’s Artist Accelerator Program, Warren is among the most followed Gen Z celebrities on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. From being homeless and sleeping in friends’ cars to his current rise to stardom as a multi-talented musician, Warren has shared the intimate details of his life with the world for over a decade, building an online community of 26M+ cumulative followers. Now known for his vulnerable pop melodies, passionate vocals, and lyrical candor, Warren has won over fans with a series of deeply personal singles.
